Having already meet and become friends with Elizabeth and Justin, working with them as their Winchester VA wedding photographer on their big day was as easy as pie. They both seemed as cool as cucumbers, and over all their day was easy and very relaxed – just like them. They picked perhaps one of the coolest places to have their ceremony, the Old Court House Civil War Museum on the walking mall in Winchester VA. An area I love going to as well, so it was sort of like working in my backyard hang out. We were doing both photos and video for Elizabeth and Justin’s wedding, but it really wasn’t like work because I had such respect for them. The inside of the old court house and Winchester walking mall are fantastic backdrops for a wedding. They had their guitarist play Beatles tunes when they each walked the isle, which as a musician and Beatle lover I thought was just the coolest thing. So just a really wonderful ceremony, followed by lots of photos outside around the old brick court house walls and alley-ways, then a little walk on the mall over to their reception at the Village Square. Pretty much a perfect wedding I think.
